I am a new writer and I have recently released my first book called Inner City Blues. Inner City Blues about a teenage, high school girl living in the low-income neighborhood. She is determined to overcome the struggles that hold back many of those in her family and community. Inner City Blues covers topics such as drugs, violence, abuse, and bullying. Resources are also provided at the end of the book for those who may need it. My goal is to hopeful inspire young teens.
